योग का अर्थ है मन से शरीर का मिलन। इससे flexibility भी आता है। कहते हैं कि योग की शक्ति को कम मत समझो। Yoga is “yogas chitta vritti nirodhah”, which means “yoga is the removal of the fluctuations of the mind and body”. You breathe and flow like a river.

We will start doing some dynamic stretching to warm up our body for yoga. Next up we will stretch our inner thighs, pelvic muscles while simultaneously strengthening our thighs, calves, core, and foot muscles.

It will stretch your abdomen, chest, and shoulders to reduce pain in longer run if you keep practicing it. Yoga is all about practicing everyday. You will see the results slowly and steadily, but those results would be permanent and long-lasting.

In one of the yoga asanas, we straighten our body parallel to the ground and its supported by the toes and palms, with elbows at a right angle.
